My Birthday Fish!

Yesterday was my 35th birthday. (Insert old joke here!) I had dinner at McGrath's at the Alderwood complex. It is one of my favorite restaurants with the bonus of being run by one of my best friends and fellow photo nut, Mat Hayward. The fish on my head is part of the birthday routine at McGrath's. I chose to increase my share of public humiliation and post this photograph taken by my wonderful daughter! Posted by Picasa

The Rugrats...

Here are some collages of my children that will be hung in the family room of the new home! Ain't they cute? Posted by Picasa

Contribute to Leukemia and Lymphona Society!

A few years ago, I photographed the wedding of Annalisa Roberts. Recently, her father, Bob (pictured above) passed away after being sick for many years. I encourage everyone to join me in making a contribution to Annalisa's race for a curePosted by Picasa

Pottery Barn Bridal Show

So it's Sunday morning. At 6:15. Not a horrible time for those with an office job. For me, absolute torture. Anyway, I get myself ready and go to the University Village Pottery Barn for a private bridal show. I'm quite excited at the prospect of dozens of brides coming to see the bridal show and me as an approved vendor. Can't ask for a much better brand than Pottery Barn! Turns out that only two couples show. Total bust, right? Not so! The other vendors there were great. Northwest Events, Chambers and Company, Bella Rugosa, and the Ballard Tux Shop. We didn't have a lot to do but to talk to each other and the employees of the Pottery Barn. Anyway, I think that it turned out to be a fantastic event for the future of my business and hopefully some friendships as well! Silver lining, baby! Posted by Picasa
