About Cory Parris Photography
I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. Sarah and Homer had a beautiful wedding in Renton. We roamed around the University of Washington for the formal portraits and ended at Stone Manor for the reception. I had a great time! You can see their slideshow here!

Kirstin and Anita were my first commitment ceremony. It took place at Tibbet’s Creek Manor. The adults were almost outnumbered by the kids and they had an ice cream truck come! You can see the slideshow here.

The setting was their beautiful patio covered with a clear tent (notice the rain on the tent). The clear tent allowed a lot more light in than the typical white!
