About Cory Parris Photography

I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. Amber & David – Wedding at Snoqualmie Falls!

Amber and David are from Texas. They decided to have a destination wedding in the Seattle area with just the two of them. We met them up at Snoqualmie Falls, took some portraits and then photographed the wedding. The only “guests” at the wedding were a couple that were walking around the park that Pat (officiant from A Heavenly Ceremony) recruited to witness the wedding and make it legal!
