About Cory Parris Photography
I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. I met Katie and Patrick at the Olympic Sculpture Park for some engagement portraits. We had planned a sunset session. The weather was beautiful all day, but clouds came in just in time to ruin our chances for the amazing color. We rolled with it and took some photos at night.
