Wednesday, March 16th, 2011Jenny and Lewis met in school at West Point. Their stories of how they met vary slightly about which of them was the stalker. They wanted their engagement portraits with the beautiful city of Seattle in the background. Since Jenny was only in town for the weekend, and it was pouring rain, we hung out in downtown Bellevue in some hotel lobbies and shopping centers. Challenging and fun!

Wednesday, July 28th, 2010Cassie and Ryan had a beautiful wedding on a rainy summer day at the Newcastle Golf Club. It was fun trying to find new and interesting places to photograph around the golf club while staying covered from the rain!

Ryan's face in this image is why I love having the first look before the wedding. It is a moment for the bride and groom to laugh and share their excitement!
It rained most of the day, but we ventured out around sunset (cloudy, hard to tell when and if it had set!). I loved this moody portrait with the dark clouds.
