About Cory Parris Photography
I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. I met Lori at North Creek Park the north end of Bothell. We had to delay her senior portraits because of knee surgery – no one wants a leg brace in their portrait session! So we ended up shooting on a beautiful, cold day in December. Lori was a trooper, though and didn’t even flinch when I told her to sit on a patch of ice!
