About Cory Parris Photography
I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. Jenny and Lewis met in school at West Point. Their stories of how they met vary slightly about which of them was the stalker. They wanted their engagement portraits with the beautiful city of Seattle in the background. Since Jenny was only in town for the weekend, and it was pouring rain, we hung out in downtown Bellevue in some hotel lobbies and shopping centers. Challenging and fun!
I had a great time with Yeri and Tony. They and all of their friends were very nice and a lot of fun. Downtown Bellevue is also a great place to take photographs! You can see the slideshow here!
