About Cory Parris Photography
I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. Sara and Ryan were married at Pickering Barn. I love the architectural details in the “Dairy Barn” and the rich, rough wood planks at the “Hay Barn”. Very fun.
The bright red of Pickering Barn make it look like the classic barn you would find in the country.

Today’s POTD (photo of the day) I love this image or Lori and Chris taken at Pickering Barn last summer.
Lori and Chris had a fantastic wedding at Pickering Barn. I loved the bright colors of the barn and the amazingly blue sky. Gorgeous.
When they saw each other for the first time. I loved Lori’s expression.
The cake rocked. The bottom layer was a mix of cake and blackberry cheesecake. Awesome. Creme-de-la-creme.
