I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories.
I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I’ve met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography.
I also have an amazing wife, Leslie, and three fantastic children. Life is good.

April is an aspiring photographer and she chose me to photograph her family! It is always an honor when photographers and aspiring photographers have me photograph them and their family. I had a great time photographing April and her crew of boys!

We returned to one of my favorite alleys for some of the images.

I love the mohawk style spikes. It made for some unusual family portraits!

I love this rather unusual portrait of the three boys!

Tracy and Jay were a very fun couple that had a unique ceremony in three parts around the large property The Manor has at the South end of Everett. You can see their slideshow here!

Here Tracy and Jay are walking to the third location for the final part of the ceremony

Tracy and Jay's ceremony including touching the rings to earth, wind, fire and water.

This image reminds me of an old picture taken in Central Park

I loved this image of the two of them laughing

The first dance.

Jay rocking the black & white shoes.

Beer.

Kendall and Andrew’s album of there wedding at the Everett Yacht Club is now designed! You can check out the whole thing by clicking here!
Kendall and Andrew had a beautiful day for a wedding on the water at the Everett Yacht Club. Well, it started really nice and they had a tent for the afternoon showers! I really enjoyed them and their families.

One of my favorite images of the day. Kendall looks so content.

Bonni and Joe had a beautiful day for their wedding. You can see the slideshow here!

Bonni about to go in and get ready.

I love my job. Not only do I get to do the portraits and the cool, emotional candid moments, but I get to take photographs of little things and try to make it look like art.
