About Cory Parris Photography
I am a wedding and portrait photographer in Seattle. I create emotional photostories. I love photography. I love all the technical aspects of f-stops, shutter speeds, megapixels, photoshop, and lighting. I love the art of photography in the composition, angles, bokeh, point of view, and the way the technical changes the art. More than even the art, I love the expressions and emotions that people portray in their face, body language, and hand positions. Along the way, I have met a lot of great people, gotten to photograph some pretty cool things, and had a lot of fun. I am very happy to have chosen a career in photography. Here is one of my favorite venues that I worked at this year – the Court in the Square!
The Court in the Square feels like an outdoor space in an alley, but cleaner and with a roof. Very cool combination of exposed brick, streetlights and a roof to keep you dry in case of bad weather.

Rebecca and Erwin were married in front of their families in Taiwan. They wanted to have a wedding reception for their friends and family in Seattle. They chose the very cool space at the Court in the Square. I had never been there before, but I really liked the space. It was like a really clean, covered alley.
