Kate and Peter were a lot of fun to photograph. So were their friends and family! It’s great to have such a great job!

They were married at the Yacht Club on Lake Union, sometimes called the Tyee Yacht Club and is run by Ravishing Radish.

Below is a recommendation that Kate wrote for me. It is an amazing feeling to have my clients feel so good about the work that I do!

I was instantly drawn to Cory’s photos on his portfolio and blog. The photos were rich in color, creative, and seemed to capture both the staged and candid moments of the wedding. Cory also was very easy to talk with when we met with him the first time and always has been prompt at getting back to emails. It was great to head into the wedding day having complete confidence that the photographer would do a wonderful job capturing the day.

The day of, Cory put us at ease with his presence. He was quiet, but good at directing and was just snapping away the whole day! After the wedding, many people told me that they thought he had done a great job taking photographs of everything and everyone without being imposing.

Since getting the photos, I’ve looked at the collection again and again. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the photographs. They are so vivid and have amazingly perfect contrast. Cory did an outstanding job capturing so many little moments that may have been forgotten had he not been there. It truly was a pleasure to work with Cory and I highly recommend him as your wedding photographer!
